Constantly washing and drying clothes with even the best online appliances and harsh detergents hurts the environment and you. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could save time, money, and energy, and freshen up your clothes in a special closet that removes wrinkles, eliminates odors, and sterilizes your clothes?
LG’s “Styler New Concept Clothing Manager,” debuted at the CES Show 2012 in Las Vegas this week, does just that. It looks like a refrigerator, but it acts as a steam sterilizer for your clothes. Using a steam generator, moving hanger from which your clothes hang, and a heat pump system, LG’s clothing manager deodorizes, sanitizes, and dries your clothes with care, but control.
It may not beat the best online appliances in getting out your tomato soup, but it’s the ultimate pick-me-up for delicates, baby clothes, and sullied towels. Just don’t mix the LG Styler up with your refrigerator and or you might get even more stains on that white pantsuit.
LG, the top manufacturer of the best online appliances, plans to release the clothing manager in Korea first for under $2000 USD and will not release to the US for a year. Though LG markets the clothing manager toward the residential market now, restaurants and hotels and other businesses could definitely gain a competitive edge with this LG Styler.
