Let’s face it. Sales tax isn’t fun to pay.
Or, that’s what I hear anyways. Being in Montana (where we don’t have a general sales tax), I can only sympathize with the plight of people in places like Kansas or Utah where you see an extra 5% or 6% of you purchases, much less someplace like Illinois or Arizona where local taxes can bring that rate up to 11%.
Of course, if you’re a regular shopper at Vann’s, you know that you can get the same feeling of not being charged sales tax* when you buy at Vann’s.
So without having to worry about being charged sales tax… what do you do with those extra savings?
I’ve got a few suggestions.
Pick up some new apps
Anyone who’s had the feeling of picking up a new tablet or smartphone knows what I’m talking about. All the possibilities of new apps, all the things you can do with it. It’s invigorating (and a little scary).
Perhaps it’s finally time to pick up a new app to help you train for that marathon you’ve promised yourself you’re going to do? Maybe it’s a gift for your Mom or Dad and you need some for them? Or maybe you need to track all the money you’re saving by shopping at Vann’s?
Make sure surges are a thing of the past
I’m probably going to harp on this until the day they drag me off kicking and screaming, but you really need a surge protector. Take a look through some of our surge protectors, or just check out all the cool places you could put one.
Now that you’re living in a world where Vann’s doesn’t charge sales tax*, maybe it’s time to finally get one for every room.
Add that extra TV, camera, or sound system
You know that you’ve been dreaming about it for awhile. That perfect extra that was always just out of reach because of… well, you know.
Perhaps you want to find the perfect camera for your kids? Or perhaps you’ve finally decided to get a new computer monitor? Are the speakers of your dreams finally within your grasp? Can you finally kit yourself out for UFO hunting?
Explore the Clearance Outlet
And while our explorations may be ancient history now, with all the Sales Tax we’re not charging* you, it might be time to fund your own dig into it. Who knows what kind of deals you’ll find there?
Whatever you decide, you can rest easy knowing there’s no sales tax being charged* on the extras too. Perhaps — just to be safe — you should start from the top of the post again?
*Unless you live in Kentucky, Indiana, or Nevada — sorry folks there; at least we still offer Free Shipping on most orders to you!
