CES field reports: Instant Polaroids come back

@GDemble: Polaroid making an instant camera comeback http://pic.twitter.com/9aS59yhw
While the last time shaking a Polaroid picture was popular was well before 2003, it looks like it’ll be making a comeback in 2012. Polaroid is reintroducing their classic instant camera, complete with bordered paper for quick notes.
Starting at $89.99 for the model pictured above (minus the paper — a separate purchase of $12.99 for a pack of 10), it shapes up to be a pretty good deal for those who have been missing this old-fashioned party mainstay.
For those looking for a little more modernity in their cameras, there’s also a model that moonlights as a digital camera, letting you preview your shots before they print out, and allowing you to store your favorite pictures on your home computer for later use (the downside, of course, being that now there are instant copies of those embarrassing party-time photos… you know the one I mean). Of course, for this convenience, the cost jumps to around $299.99.
